When will H2OCEU launch?
Public enrollment opens only after H2O Continuing Education LLC / H2OCEU receives written TCEQ approval for the courses we intend to sell. We do not promise a fixed date. Watch h2oceu.com and this site for updates.
Are your courses TCEQ-approved?
No — not yet. Courses are pending TCEQ approval. Do not claim license-renewal credit until we notify you that a specific course has written approval and the certificate reflects an approved course code.
Can I buy or enroll now?
No. Public sales and checkout stay closed (Coming Soon) until written approval. When sales open, each course is planned at $99.
What will you offer?
First filing wave (starter set): IRR-101, IRR-201, BFT-101 — irrigation totaling 16 CE hours and backflow theory totaling 8 CE hours. See the Coming Soon homepage for the public course cards. Additional courses may follow in later waves; we do not claim them on this public site yet.
Do backflow courses count as BPAT practical training?
No. All BFT courses are theory only. They do not replace TCEQ-required BPAT hands-on / practical skills training or a practical skills exam. Complete practical requirements with a TCEQ-approved practical provider.
Who is behind H2OCEU?
H2OCEU is the brand of H2O Continuing Education LLC, built by a Texas Irrigator and Landscaper with 27 years of experience (about 20 years in backflow / cross-connection). Public credentials: Landscape Irrigator LI0017450, BPAT BP0012524. See the About page.
