H2O Continuing Education LLC (brand H2OCEU, domain h2oceu.com) builds self-paced online continuing education for Texas water professionals — especially landscape irrigators and backflow prevention assembly tester (BPAT) theory learners.

Courses are written for people who work in the field: plain language, jobsite scenarios, and respect for the trade. Planned catalog pricing is $99 per course when public enrollment opens after written TCEQ approval.

Built by a Texas Irrigator and Landscaper with 27 years of experience — and about 20 years in backflow / cross-connection work. That field background shapes the curriculum published under H2O Continuing Education LLC.

H2OCEU course design is grounded in licensed Texas practice. Public credentials:

Those credentials describe the licensed provider behind the curriculum; they do not mean any H2OCEU course is already approved for license-renewal credit.

TCEQ status

Until written TCEQ approval is received for a specific course, that course is described only as approval-pending. We will never market a course as already approved for license-renewal credit before that written notice. BPAT practical

All backflow (BFT) courses are theory only. They do not replace TCEQ-required BPAT hands-on / practical skills training or a practical skills exam. Learners who need practical hours must enroll with a TCEQ-approved practical provider.
